Bottega Veneta launches first perfume collection inspired by Venice

After unveiling all the animal chairs during the Spring Summer 2025 fashion shows, Mattiheu Blazy - Creative Director of Bottega Veneta - surprises with another big news. In fact, the announcement of a first collection of fragrances arrives at the beginning of October and Fall 2024: a tribute to Bottega Veneta's hometown, Venice, and to the brand's iconic motif, the ‘intrecciato’.

This bold move into the beauty sector marks a significant evolution for the brand, intertwining the art of fragrance with the world of high fashion. Bottega Veneta has crafted five unique scents for this debut, each reflecting the rich cultural tapestry of Venice. The fragrances are named Colpo di Sole, ‘Come with Me’, Alchemie, Déjà Minuit, and Acqua Sale each title designed to evoke specific emotions and moments tied to the city's essence.

The olfactory profiles draw inspiration from a wide range of global ingredients, celebrating Venice's historical role as a maritime hub. With notes from orange blossoms from Morocco, orris oil from France, and labdanum from Spain, the fragrances also feature Italian bergamot, pink pepper from Brazil, cardamom from Guatemala, and geraniums from Madagascar.

Together, these elements create a sensory experience that transports wearers to the heart of Venice, capturing its beauty, mystery, and allure. This launch not only exemplifies Bottega Veneta's dedication to craftsmanship but also its ability to innovate and redefine luxury, making a statement in both fashion and fragrance.
